2003 elite 4 horse with living quarters this trailer is a dream. - 31’ on the ground - 13’ short wall - mangers - hay rack - on board generator that’s worked when i bought it a little over a year ago but i haven’t used it since. - 8’ wide and 7.5’ tall it fits a 17.2hh very comfortably - stud stall that has option to put the saddle rack in the front. - drop down windows on the front with screens and vents - roomy living quarters that can fit a queen size bed and a dinette that doubles as a bed. full fridge and freeze that works off electric or lp. full stove and oven. microwave and all the storage you could need plus some! full bathroom that’s bigger than most houses. - new tires last year - serviced yearly asking $40k but am open to reasonable offers or a trade for a similar trailer but smaller no bigger than 25’ on the ground i love this trailer but it’s just too big for me now since i’m not showing like i use to. pm me with any questions. happy to send a walk through videos
