abnormal! 4 horse slant with mangers. dinette slide out. full kitchen and bath no dishwasher or over powered electric awning. they was small tare that was repaired prior to us buying. electric hydraulic jack. new batteries. two propane. we bought for kids little britches rodeo. kids are taking a hiatus from rodeo so we no longer need the large trailer. never pulled in winter. dimensions are listed on the last page. tires are in great shape and 16ply. rubber flooring in slant area. solid floor. trailer has never leaked!
